From Simple beginnings
Next came the ducks, Pekin ducks. Initially just a handful to provide eggs and the odd Sunday roast but like the geese we loved having them about the place and saw an opportunity to add yet another product to our enterprise.
Back in the 90's we bought a handful of geese and became so enamoured with them that we set about breeding that handful into a flock that eventually gave us another viable product that we might offer for sale.
Of course in line with our philosophy of providing our animals with only natural feed from chemical free pastures, our poultry free range across Lindesforn during the day and are rewarded with locally grown grain when they return to bed down at night.
